I dropped off both my S63 and C300 for service right before closing and never once felt rushed. Tyler, my service advisor, was amazing. He really listened to all of my concerns, was very responsive, and made thoughtful recommendations for maintaining both cars. Martha and Summer at the front desk were also incredibly helpful and got me into a loaner right away, which made everything so easy. I’ve serviced several luxury vehicles at different dealerships over the years, and the service here really stands out. Everyone I interacted with was kind, professional, and attentive. Even the porters were great. They made sure I had all of my belongings before taking the cars back, which I really appreciated. You can tell this is a well-run team. I genuinely felt taken care of from start to finish.
